Who’s Ale Limón?
I’m mexican born and raised, and every day I discover a lot of my passions. This blog is a journey and the ode to my adventures. I write to remember all good things, the beauty and memories of my experiences; this is also a constant construction to achieve my dreams. To keep alive what I pursue.

I’m a product of cultural and international exchange with a deep patriotism for my nation, its food, culture and traditions. I consider myself a citizen part of a whole, part of The World. I believe home is where your heart is, and my heart is anywhere food makes me feel alive.

What do I love?
I love cooking and eating; nature, animals and geography; the ocean, art and color blue. Oldie rock, funky jazz, and also nice deep ballads. I consider myself a surprise box, because yes, I’m very random. I love the world and everyday I do thank God for a new gift in my life, a brand new day and the opportunity to start all over again.
